i was almost ready to give a good review, but the conference restrooms were out of order, and the sinks sprayed water everywhere—how classy! Plus, not a single upgrade or complimentary gesture for my stay. i certainly expected better treatment than this. what a letdown, delta. never again!

Conference restrooms desperately need attention with several being out of order!!! Bathroom ceiling leaks and odd door configurations make it awkward. Maintenance seems lacking with touch-ups ignored!!! Peeling paint and stained carpets detract from the overall aesthetic!!!

Attending the OCA conference, I enjoyed extraordinary service from attentive staff, especially the bartenders who crafted delightful drinks. The quick resolution of a minor room issue added to my great experience.

The rooms offered a clean and organized atmosphere that made it easy for my group to settle in. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to essential shops and restaurants nearby.
